Incredible

With so much content on the internet it's very difficult to separate wheat from the chaffe. These podcasts are the real deal. Dr.Burns and Fabrice are incredible. Everything they say works.

Very Helpful

I have read his book “Feeling Good”, which was very helpful for me with depression and anxiety. Then I have started listening to this podcast last year, and have listened to them all up to 121, almost caught up. The first episodes started kinda slow for me, but the podcast got better quickly. I have learned a lot from this podcast. I can’t afford a therapist, so I’m very thankful to David and Fabrice for providing this podcast with so much great information for free.. It truly has given me many tools to help with my depression and anxiety, and I am still learning a lot and working on getting better at this stuff, and looking forward to continuing to learn from this podcast.

Practical, tangible, next best thing to being treated in person

I worked through Feeling Good years ago, had a depression relapse and stumbled across this podcast while reengaging with CBT. The podcasts are like being a fly on the wall and have helped me rebound from the relapse at least 10x faster than working through the book would ever do. Thank you David and Favrice and now Rhonda!!! TEAM-CBT (even as the mere third person observation) is changing my life, I can’t wait to work through Feeling Great!!!
