What changed in my business once it “worked” and why I had to step back and reset it

Once I hit the financially stable point in my business, i.e. clients were coming in, money was coming in, it was moving in the right direction, I had a big realisation that I needed to clean up the way I was working because there wasn’t space for anything else. I wanted space for a relationship and the freedom lifestyle I'd left corporate and was building this all for. This episode is for you if you've had some early success in business but instead of feeling free, you feel busy, slightly disconnected, maybe even a bit trapped in the very thing that was meant to give you freedom. In this episode, I break down what’s actually happening at this stage of business and why the solution isn’t more strategy, more content, or jumping on every AI trend. It’s something deeper and a specific challenge for high achieving women. It's my hope that this episode will help you navigate it. I cover: Why hitting your first clients or $100k can quietly lead to overworking, burnout, and loss of freedomThe hidden reason your content, offers, or ideas keep getting stuck in drafts instead of making moneyHow the rise of AI and online noise is creating panic, comparison, and misalignment in your businessThe subtle ways your business is bleeding into your relationships, energy, and self-trustThe exact shift from hustle → alignment that creates consistent income, better clients, and actual freedom Iconic Woman Retreat (Portugal) https://femaleleadershipcollective.com/iconic-woman-retreat Female Leadership Live (London) https://femaleleadershipcollective.com/female-leadership-liveIG: @femaleleadershipcollective https://www.instagram.com/femaleleadershipcollective/

Realigning Your Career, Relationships and Life Direction in Your 30s (Gabriella's story)

What happens when your life looks good on paper… but something about it feels off? In this episode, I’m joined by Gabriela Cronchey, founder of The Vizuri Method and a former client of mine. Gabriela shares how she went from working in corporate asset management to launching her own coaching business helping women realign their lives in their 30s. We talk about the moment she realised corporate wasn’t the path for her, the messy “search phase” where you know you want something different but don’t yet know what that is, and how she eventually took the leap to build her own business. Gabriela first joined my Bali retreat and later Launch Academy, where she developed her first business idea, landed her first five-figure client and began building the foundations of the coaching business she now runs today. If you’ve ever thought about starting your own business, Gabriela’s story will make you realise it's possible for you too. What We Cover: The “in-between” phase when you know you want a different life but don’t know what that looks like yet.Why changing your environment can help you finally hear what you actually want. How Gabriela went from an idea to landing her first paying clients. What it really takes to start a business when you don’t feel ready yet.
