Feminist Foreign Policy | Stephenie Foster

State of the World

Stephenie Foster, co-founder and partner at Smash Strategies, joins Council CEO Megan Torrey to define what a feminist foreign policy is and how it might make the United States, and world, more secure. We ask: does the U.S. want - or need - a feminist foreign policy agenda? And should we join nations such as Sweden, Canada, France, and Mexico in implementing such policies?
