Her content is tremendously useful in that she goes beyond ideas and gives practical tips for dealing with codependency, setting and maintaining boundaries, learning healthier ways to live than you may have been exposed to previously, navigating relationships, self-care, etc. Her voice is soothing and her message is uplifting! Give her a listen; it is well worth the time!

Informative, supportive and fun!

Thank you for sharing your helpful teachings with the internets! Your approachable style makes it easy to understand the science behind gut and mind heath. You helped me get well via in person sessions (thanks!) and it’s so amazing to have these podcasts as a resource to support my continued healing while I travel the world.

If you feel you’re fighting chronic conditions/ emotional health issues, you NEED to listen to this.

I was nothing short of a warrior fighting chronic UTIs that 5 different doctors, and over 8 rounds of antibiotics in the course of a year didn’t seem able to treat. Needless to say this really destroyed my emotional health and stability. The thing is I was fighting in the wrong war.

I was referred to Victoria by my physical therapist who went really above and beyond to try and get to the bottom of my issue, being more invested than any doctor I saw. Both of these women truly listened to me, and I found out my intestines were REALLY messed up. I have Leaky gut and SIBO, and by consequence was experiencing UTI symptoms.

Through a conscious diet, natural supplements, and emotional wellness work, Victoria empowered me to be in charge of my own healing, and I continue to learn from her through this podcast. And if you’re fighting conditions that are not well understood by traditional medicine, I hope this can be as much of a useful resource as it is for me. You are not alone. ❤️
