Before setting intentions, it can be useful to tune into patterns of behavior that we know we need to shake up. Then we can more easily identify a starting point to move forward. Whether it's overindulging in food or drink, staying up too late, being too plugged in, or using toxic products in our cleaning or cosmetic regime - adjusting just one thing can make a world of difference.
