Huge fan

Amazing production and very informative. I learned so much about topics I’ve never been exposed to and it was very digestible for people who don’t follow sports like me. The host also has a smooth voice that gets me every time.

Intersection of sports and science...

Love the podcast on sleep. Very interesting to see how sleep, which seems like a boring and mundane part of our lives, can effect a professional athletes body in such a dramatic way. Makes you wonder a little more about the rest of us and what we average Joes could achieve if we paid a little more attention to our bodies. Liked the podcast and looking forward to the next topic.
