Film about Utah’s First Olympic Gold Athlete Opens in Theaters

Alma Richards, a high school teen from Parowan Utah, won Utah’s first gold medal in the high jump in the 1912 Stockholm Olympic Games. A new film called “Raising the Bar, the Alma Richards Story” tells the story of how the young farm boy jumped onto the world stage.
