Film Chat

I thought this first episode from Lola Frears and her dad was fantastic. I love the way the two of them get along. I’ve got to watch this older movie now. But listening to her and her dad is great. A little comedy with their true review. I can’t wait for the next one. Thank you. Sue townsend 24/7/22. I’ve never lost In Translation but the discussion makes me put it on my list of movies to watch. I give the podcast 5 stars as usual. Lola and her had are great together

Listened to you both review Moneyball. Great movie but I am a huge Brad fan. Loved the review and loved the movie
Lola you also recommended 13 Lives to watch. It too was awesome. Kept me interested all the way to the end. I DM’d you to watch the jungle with the Harry Potter guy. It’s a true story and will have you on the edge of your seat.

accessible & easy listening

Fun podcast, it reminds me of spending Sunday evenings with my dad as he dissected all the underlying themes, motifs, inspiration, and random production trivia he knew of whatever movie we were watching that week.

Excellent movie picks!

Lola and her father have picked winners every week so far. I treat it like my old Film Studies classes where I watch the movie choice first then listen along and it has been so much fun. Two out of the three episodes so far I haven’t seen the film, so it was great to have “new” content recommended.

Great podcast to stimulate your mind and listen along to engaging discussion regarding the film as well as fun facts.
