    In the first episode you can listen to Mark talk about his workflow as he cut together "Detective Pikachu" and about how he progressed in his career as an editor!

Born and raised in Michigan, Peter first found work on HBO's "The Pacific" and later founded his own commercial production company. After creating a viral ad for Levis and working on other major campaigns, Peter decided to move on from the growing business to pursue other passions. In recent years, Peter has mastered the complex Phantom Flex 4K camera which he has used on spots for Nike, Nickelodeon, MGM, Under Armor and more.

    This week we sat down with cinematographer and camera operator Kaity Williams. Raised in South Carolina, Kaity first found an interest in film while creating youtube skits with her twin sister. After deciding to move to Los Angeles to chase her passion for film, Kaity took a huge leap of faith by purchasing an Arri AMIRA as a way to show her dedication to her craft and to help push herself to film more. Since taking the step to purchase her camera, Kaity has shot for Footlocker, Google, Lifetime, UberEats, and for rappers Meek Mill and T.I.

Born in Spain, Mauricio was first bit by the filmmaking bug after having a chance to visit the set of "Dune" in the early 1980's. After building and selling a small post production studio in Mexico , Mauricio seized an opportunity to study visual effects and has since taught the art behind VFX to artist around the world. More recently, Mauricio has moved into the role of producer/ camera operator for a SYFY feature length films that he co-created.

We heard from Cole about his journey from shooting skateboard videos with his friends in Canada as a teenager to directing commercials for companies like Mercedes-Benz, Revlon, Pantene and more. We also talked with Cole about the role that networking has had on his career as well as his drive to use his large social presence as a sort of portfolio for his work.
