Filterless Females Fick and Foust

We all know self care is important, especially when life is so crazy and busy all the time. Do you ever feel like taking time for you is so forced that you don’t actually enjoy it? This weekend Fick and Foust returned to the theater for a new season, which kicked off with Mrs. Doubtfire. Tune in this week as share our thoughts on the performance and much needed R&R.

We’re both recovering this week from our own body cleanses. What this week taught us was take care of yourself. Easier said than done (trust us we know!), and unfortunately sometimes our body goes to extreme measures to tell us to slow down. How are you going to take care of yourself this week?

As we mark the official, unofficial end of summer we are looking back at how weird this summer actually was and how we made the best of un-summer. What were your favorite memories?
