Fantastic
Such a great podcast! I work in the AML industry as an analyst and it’s so great to have our work represented so well in podcast media that I can enjoy during the workday.
Good material, not enough content
The material and subject matter are very interesting and the host and guests are great, however the podcasts are way too short. Twice monthly, 10-20 minute episodes don’t offer a lot of value. The recent episode about human trafficking for example was really interesting, but I would hesitate to really call it an interview. The episode was more accurately a 10 minute exposition of the guest’s book, then just kind of ended. So good work, but the people want more! Aim for 40-60 minutes.
Fantastic work!
The Billion Dollar Whale episode was particularly fascinating and really underpins the importance and role of AML. It really goes to show that this is anything but a mundane category. Those involved in regulation, compliance and financial crime prevention play such a critical part in our justice system.
