Something is stirring. Maybe you’ve felt it. We are reckoning with the reality of injustice and binary thinking that feeds the political machine. New conversations are happening around race, class, gender, and sexual orientation. Humanity is in the midst of a heartbreaking and painful paradigm shift. That is a good thing.
Find Your Fierce & Loving is a weekly podcast hosted by Lola Wright. It is intended to help you disrupt, untangle, and free your mind of personal and collective agreements, patterns, and beliefs that are holding you back and weighing you down.
Personal transformation AND collective awakening involve being the most alive, brilliant, inspired, creative, and on fire version of yourself, a version that is not consistent with the status quo. Lola is not here to maintain the status quo. She is here to support the dismantling and remembering that is necessary within you to reconfigure, reorient, and recreate reality from a place that is not based on scarcity and survival, but abundance, imagination, and desire.
This is not your typical podcast. You'll never get the same show twice. Lola will be doing long-form interviews with conscious creatives, taking you on meditative experiences to move your body, awaken your soul, and provoke your mind. You’ll hear from a wide variety of artists, activists, and thought leaders for transformational experiences and soul revealing work. Guests include:

We desperately need your fierce and loving purpose now more than ever. We've been brought to our knees and not a moment too soon. At a time when protests are sweeping the nation, your purpose is your protest. It is the most radical thing you can bring to the world. And Lola’s purpose is to help you find yours.
This podcast is a wake-up call, a roadmap back to your holy purpose, an invitation to set fire to the box you've been living in, and watch it burn.

While supporting my husband in the growth of his business, I’ve put in a lot of work and learned profound lessons along the way. One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn, when faced with the tension of today’s society and an uncomfortable loss of control, was about choosing right relationship in every given moment.
Surrender versus Giving Up
When I started helping my husband with his landscape design business, I vacillated between being excited and wanting to give up entirely. The process stretched my faith muscle—faith in myself, this plan, and the universe. Along the way, I learned how to surrender to vulnerability and trust without giving up.
Responding to Vision
Earlier this year, my husband received a new opportunity for growth in his business. At first, I didn’t think it was the right opportunity for us—but with time I came to see his vision, and learn lessons that I couldn’t have anticipated.
The Law of Positivism with Shereen Öberg
We consume media constantly, often only avoiding an influx of outside information when we make a conscious effort to separate ourselves from it. The negative messages that permeate that media can motivate us, but it can also tear us down and desensitize us. Shereen Öberg saw another way, and developed the Law of Positivism to help heal us with positive messages and energy.
Orient Yourself Around Love
We are living in a fall and redemption paradigm, which teaches us that there is something wrong with us and we must work to fix it. Could you instead choose to follow a creationist paradigm, and know yourself as a blessing?
Constructing Identity with Rabbi Lizzi Heydemann
How do you identify? That’s a question that Rabbi Lizzi Heydemann has spent her entire life dissecting, and an answer that she is continually evolving alongside.
Such an interesting show!
Thank you for discussing these important topics :)
Let’s wake up
