My #1 Health Podcast

Chemaine constantly delivers a knowledge filled, interesting and VERY informative product. She has covered so many topics, and I can relate in some way to each and every one of them. I do not know how she keeps all of this information in her head! I listen to each and every podcast and always look forward to the next week. Take notes people - (no seriously take notes!!) You do not want to miss out on the nuggets of information!! Thank you Chemaine for spreading your word and making us healthy one biohack at a time.

Good information

Good information, not always the best delivery. You can regularly hear her losing her place in her notes, drinking and fiddling with the microphone. The material is good enough to make it worth it, however.
