Bolaji O ,

Pushing back on a distracted world.

This is a critically important conversation.

Under the guise of making us productive,
tech companies are making us the product.

Under the guise of making us more connected,
tech companies are disconnecting us from what really matters.

We have more ways to tell time,
But less time to spend that time on.

We have access to more information than ever,
But less insight, thoughtfulness, wisdom, and empathy.

The most original creations, come not from infinite access to data,
But from a myriad of human experiences,
coalescing in unexpected ways by our subconscious brains.

(Those wonderful things.)

Maybe we should stop feeding them junk for a bit.

Who knows.

They might make something wonderful.

(Again.)

Thank you Melissa and Andy, for starting this conversation.
