Customer Reviews
Excellent podcast
I am very impressed with the content and the body and mind positive message of the podcast. Kaila has provided quality information on non diets and body image and this has been very helpful. Thank you Kaila
Leave diets and overexercising behind!
Kaila is known for her thoughtful and sensitive approach to diet and exercise issues. She stresses the importance of getting help if you are in a true eating disorder (recovery), but the next step she calls "discovery" which is where people can get truly comfortable around food, exercise and body again. She is on a haitus now, but I hope hope hope she comes back because her podcast was instrumental to my recovery and discovery.
Love it
I have been meaning to write a review for a while but have been having issues logging into iTunes. This podcast has been a huge help for me as I strive towards recovery. Last summer I was working in the Netherlands and was without therapy for a few months and this podcast really helped me and kept me on track. I am actually moving to the Netherlands in a few months and intend to continue to listen to this podcast! Thank you so much for your committment to body positivity, recovery, self discovery, and self acceptance. You rock!
