A personal-journal of me, talking to you, about life, should I kick the bucket earlier than I expect to.
Together we learn, laugh, think, and deeply contemplate our own lives in the hopes of growing for the better and living each day to its fullest!
Treat Yo Self
It's alright to be kind to yourself and 'treat yo self' on occasion. We all need a diversion from the adversities in life so a good hobby can be excellent for destressing ourselves.
Be kind to yourself!
Talking To God
When it comes to your faith, are you all in?
Some of us go through life believing we are committed to our faith in God, but are we truly?
In this episode I talk about prayer (conversation), death and dying, and the question...do we go somewhere when we die or does our internal energy simply dissipate?
The answers to these questions may be unknown...but it kind of comes down to the strength of our faith and if we are all indeed...all in...or not...
Follow Your Dreams
Get busy living!
Got a dream you want to live? Is it realistic? Then what are you waiting for? I personally have small tasks that I wish to achieve, but life and fear have caused me to put it all on the backburner.
I'm now realizing in my older age that if I take no action, nothing will ever occur, and so with that, I am finding the courage to take the steps forward to do what I've been dreaming of doing.
Life Finances 101
After high school I found a job and spent my money recklessly. Looking back now as a parent, I wish I were taught some basics in finance by my parents and also in school.
In this episode I touch upon some of the things I wish I had learned.
On episode one hundred we talk about being thankful for everything we have, and how incredible Chris Cornell's cover of 'Thank You' by Led Zeppelin is definitely worth listening to often as is his entire 'Songbook' acoustic live album.
We get into my reasons why photography has the power to halt time, and time travel as well.
And most importantly, a big thank you to everyone who listens to Finding Subjects Podcast and got us to Episode One Hundred!
When do your achievements become good enough? When is enough, actually enough to satisfy you?
Setting goals, finding a way to achieve them, reaching them, sometimes isn't enough, but maybe it should be?

Tony, in his own unique way, keeps things real for his listeners. Using personal stories and humor to share how he looks at and deals with “the stuff” that happens to everyone throughout life. His Forest Gump like life is interesting as he shares stories of meeting common everyday people throughout the world to famous people like “The Who.” His plain spoken tell it like it is personality is refreshing and he is always weaving in the reminder to all of us to remember what’s most important, not the past, not the future but right now. His words are practical and while they can easily apply to all of us the real audience for his lessons and stories is his family. We are listening to a father trying to impart words of wisdom to his children similar to how Randy Pausch did with his Last Lecture. Two Thumbs Up!
I found a treasure in Finding Subjects!
This podcast is a rare “can’t miss” in the podcast universe. With the prose of a bestselling autobiography and the warm, natural voice common to the very best podcasters, the narrator nails it from the very first episode. Please excuse me while I binge!
