Fr. John Van Wiel, CSV has done a lot in over six decades of religious life, and one way he has stayed fresh is by having dedicated hobbies. Fr. John loves to fish, whether rod and reel or fly fishing -- but don't expect him to sit on a pier or drop anchor in a boat because he likes to stay on the move! Fr. John loves to paint watercolors. Fr. John loves to walk outdoors and take in the beauty of nature. It's no surprise he continues to do so well and remain so sharp into his 80s and retired life!
