I'll introduce you to some of the people that have influenced my journey towards lifelong fitness. I will introduce you to thought leaders and experts in physical conditioning, personal training, physical therapy, as well as, health and wellness coaches, and instructors that make learning new sports safe and fun!

As a personal challenge to celebrate my 40th Birthday, I will be completing 40 races or events over the next year to benefit 40 non-profit organizations. I hope to raise awareness and money for the work that they do to help get people active, protect natural lands, strive to ease pain, and find cures for disease. I will introduce you to the people who work for these organizations as well as the people that they serve.
Come along with me on this journey as I explore Maine and the rest of New England through these 40 events and adventures. You won't even believe where we end up!

Doing your first Spartan race

I met Bryan in 2018 when he interviewed me during the Spartan Sprint in Fenway in November. I just listened to the episode and I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of different perspectives represented and Bryan captures them really well. I’m glad I bumped into him.

I just enjoyed Bryan's recent episode where he interviewed the staff and volunteers of Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation....The vision/mission of this show is much-needed in today's stressful and frantic world.
