LOVE

I absolutely love this podcast! I’ve listened to just about every single episode. I listen while driving, showering and even while doing the dishes. I love the diversity of it from health and fitness to wellness/self care, surgery, female stuff and all! I’ve learned a lot and have had many “confirmation moments” too. I’ve enjoyed all the guests. Sara is real, easy to listen to and you feel her beautiful spirit!
