Inspires me to get fit
The reason I love this podcast is that it motivates and inspires me to get more fit and healthy!!!
Thanks for reminding me I'm not the only 52 year old woman who wants to be stronger and fitter in her 2nd half. Love listening to your podcasts!
Content is very good, down to earth, but he audio is so hard to regulate...one voice is too loud the other we can’t hear, delivery is a little stilted, but I have learned some helpful information.
