I have recently started following the Becoming Elli podcast. It’s so easy to get frustrated and feel defeated when you are on a health and fitness journey after age 50. This podcast has given me a new perspective and positivity about what I am doing to be a better version of myself with each passing day. Love it!
What an amazing podcast. I did some research and recommended this to an aunt of mine a few months back and she has thanked me on multiple occasions for sending it to her. Just sent it over to my mom who is nearing the age of 50 as well and am hoping for her to receive the goodness and love that Jill and Chris are providing for their audience!
Inspires me to get fit
The reason I love this podcast is that it motivates and inspires me to get more fit and healthy!!!
