Great info gathered from science and experience

I really enjoy this show. I’ve been in the fitness realm for quite a while but I still have learned a lot from this podcast, and appreciate Tom’s perspective and science-based approach. Most of all I enjoy listening to how passionately he speaks about health and fitness. LOVE that he provides the actual peer-reviewed scientific references and reads from and interprets those articles. That is so important to me. And I appreciate that he values scientific, anecdotal and personal experience as a whole approach. Most fitness podcasts are for super specific sub-populations (usually bodybuilders), but this one is for everyone, especially the average joe!
