    Hello loyal Fitness In Post podcast listeners, it’s been a long time since we connected last as I’ve been on hiatus during the rebranding process making the transformation from Fitness In Post to Optimize Yourself. I finally have amazing news that I’ve been waiting to share with you for months...the podcast is officially back!
    Before you get too excited, it’s super important that you take a couple quick actions if you want to continue listening to future episodes. The new show is now under the name ‘Optimize Yourself’ in a new feed starting at episode 1.
    So what does this mean for you?
    Well if you want to listen to new episodes as they’re released, you have to subscribe to the new podcast, but don’t worry it will only take you 60 seconds.

Awesome Podcast!

Listening to this podcast changed the way I approach editing and my life every single day. I had never been more motivated to stay healthy until it was presented to me as the best way to keep my brain functioning for longer periods of time, therefore the way to become a more efficient editor. Great for any creative professional

I also spend my time in the dark sitting all day hating life. Fitness in Post in a very informative podcast that speaks to heath and wellness but also to career advice and productivity. I've put some tips and techniques into my workflow and I'm starting to feel a difference in my engery and creative output. The 12 hour days are getting easier and I'm feeling better at home. Next up I'll start the excercizing and really get into it. Very helpful towards your journey to a better you!

A Great Insight to Post Production & Fitness

This podcast has easily become one of my favorite resources for information health and fitness. I honestly have to blame Zach for conivincing my lazy self to get moving haha

Seriously though a lot of improvements I've made to my workflow, and lifestyle stems from listening to this podcast and I hope that this will do the same for whoever decides to listen.
