    Nobody wants to get interrupted. Give everyone permission to go deep on the "stuff" so they can actually move projects forward! #2 Close the loop on your Surveys 
    Nothing makes an employee more annoyed if they're responding to your pulse surveys and you're not closing the loop in your All Hands  (Example pulse questions)#3 Give another home office stipend 
    ....yes, even if you already gave one! Help your people make their space as comfortable as possible. #4 Remind your managers to think like Coaches
    The biggest part of an employee's experience is their relationship with their manager.  (Questions for managers to ask in 1:1s) #5 Offer a snack subscription

    Gym reimbursement  - encourage active lifestyles - it affects the bottom line of your company in a fantastic way! Mental health  - People are not machines. Keep removing the stigma behind mental health. (Link to Happify) The biggest win is to ask your people "How's it going?" listen and interpret the data then create a plan to fix that part of the employee experience.  Make sure you're presenting at your company All Hands, your people want to hear from you! ❤️

Great Information!

I wasn’t sure a People Ops podcast even existed out there. When I searched, I found this amazing title of “Flip Flops & People Ops” and thought I had to listen! So glad I did. Christie has a great delivery and great information. I’d highly recommend that you dive in!

Pingboard’s CEO sent this to us and it’s way better than the usual company podcast. We used to get funny emails from the host and now they’ve put her in a better format where we can hear her tone. Great tips, easy listen!!

This is so fun!

My company uses Pingboard and heard about this podcast through an email they sent. I tried it, and found myself listening to every episode all at once! The host has funny side comments, she’s really easy to listen to.
