I enjoy Zach’s self-care Sunday’s and of course his work on Wolf 359. His voice is very soothing, but more importantly his message is thoughtful and impactful. Thanks, Zach!
Late, but loved it
I only recently discovered that Zach had been doing all this other stuff - I loved him in Wolf 359 and it’s been great getting to hear more from him. Love the positive messages, the honesty, the encouragement. I’m not doing the best right now, and this has been making me feel a little less alone and little more hopeful and reminds me of what I want in life. Hope to catch the next Self Care Sunday live-stream! Also I started listening with his more recent podcast - the Focus AF from not too long ago, 2018 I think. Anyway, it’s great too! Thanks for everything Zach, I hope you keep making more!
Such an amazing podcast! Love these conversations about creativity and focusing and mental health. So hard to find genuine conversations about these topics (just in my experience). This podcast is what got me through last summer and I was absolute ecstatic for the release of the new episode of focused af. My eyes are opened to self care, which I try to implement. I was introduced to guided meditations here and now have a daily meditation practice. Conversations on creativity encourage me when I’m discouraged in my art and my creative processes. This is so special.
