Building and expanding Loverboy has come with challenges, including managing distribution partners and retail partners, and dealing with the three-tier system in the alcohol industry. Kyle emphasizes the importance of focusing on achievable goals and building a good business, rather than chasing the flashiest and most complicated business models.
