This week Caesars Rewards took away a perk from some of their higher status members without any notice or explanation. First they closed the lounges and now many Diamond Plus members are losing their free drinks. Why did Caesars suddenly devalue their program in this way and is it a bad look for the gaming giant?
In other news it was a busy weekend in Las Vegas with cooler temps, high winds and the last minute cancelation of one of the city's biggest music festivals.
