Great info!

I look forward to hearing Dr. Susan's quick and easy to follow nutrition facts. I am a busy Mom and can always use pointers as to how to improve my family's nutritional needs. She offers very practical tips, it makes sense and I am confident it comes from a trustworthy source.

Just love the podcasts - Dr. Susan breaks it all down with quick & accurate information regarding each topic. Her presentations are very organized & you get the quick one, two, three of what you should/should not eat or a new food to try and why. She also debunks the myths and misinformation that is out there regarding food trends, etc. - you can easily decide for yourself after listening to her - if something is a real benefit to you nutritionally or just a passing fad!
