A great help
As someone who is learning a lot of HA on their own, I have been greatly helped by Lindsey’s Q&As, general HA information, and recovery stories. It has encouraged me to press on in my health journey, gain some LBs, walk rather than run, and I have already gotten my period back after a month of work! I am thankful for this platform of hers!
Pressing Pause
Pressing Pause on IVF and getting pregnant was SUCH an inspiring episode!! You are doing amazing work! Really helps those who are afraid of choosing recovery gain the courage and strength to make the decision! LOVED this episode, Lindsey, and Jean!
