Stop and listen to this podcast!

I’m new to the world of podcast and found food heaven by just researching health and wellness podcast on google. I “favorite” multiple including this podcast. It has been so helpful during my health and wellness journey. I have been struggling for a few months in try to transition away from the dieting culture as I am also a consultant for a “health and wellness” dieting company. I have took time off to really reflect and understand the idea of health and wellness. This podcast gave me the courage to stop dieting and just focus on Whole Foods, daily activity and healthy mindset. I feel like I’m going the right direction and feel amazing. I look forward to listening to this podcast during my daily 45 min commutes to work! Keep going! You both are so inspiring💕
