As a dietitian myself, I love and trust this podcast.
One of my favs!
Food Heaven was one of the first podcasts I ever listened to and has been one of my favorites ever since. There are a lot of wellness podcasts out there but what makes this one unique is that the hosts approach topics through an inclusive cultural lens. Wendy and Jess are hilarious, thoughtful, and the topics are always on trend.
