Love this podcast!! 🐶🥰

Ok so I was just looking for a podcast to get some recipe ideas for clean eating.... but I found so much more with you gals!! Listening to the episode where you were talking about the effects of Viagra on flowers and about stealing a lean pocket at work to cool your new boob job..... OMG I was laughing out loud so hard so while working and listening to the two of laughing at each other while talking .....reminded me of my own girlfriends when we get together sharing stories.. thank you for that memory because since this whole Covid nightmare it’s been several months since we have all been able to get together and have a girls night out and you two give me that fix!! You have a new subscriber for life just sorry it took me so long to find you both!! Also loved the tip about Lemons to clean the dishwasher.... definitely going to try that!

Not for me anymore

I initially loved this podcast and thought the information given was super helpful and easy to incorporate into my daily routines. However, I am now trying to embrace a more intuitive eating mindset, and I find that the podcast really feeds into diet culture. What especially turns me off is when the hosts talk about and promote the very restrictive 75 hard diet, and regular label themselves as “good” or “bad” for eating certain foods.

Love this podcast! So informative but fun! I love how Emily and Mindy share both sides of a topic and genuinely want to help. I look forward to new episodes every Sunday, if you aren’t listening.... what are you doing with your life? Get on it!
