Informative and Myth-Busting

I have learned so much from this podcast! It’s down-to-earth and approachable in tone — two characteristics that much of the nutrition and exercise world lacks.

I like that the podcast hosts respond to popular trends but that they dig deeper than the fads. Their humor is enjoyable!
