Great Podcast

I find this podcast informative and I really enjoy listening to Carol. Her style is to inform and it never comes across preachy or insincere. She is a competitive bikini body builder and looks amazing. I
am certainly not competing, but what she shares on the podcast seems very approachable and attainable for the average woman like myself. At 46 I am trying to arm myself with as much as I can to ease into the peri menopause, menopause years. I highly recommend!

Great podcast to get prepared

I was put on a medication that caused me to go into early menopause, so I looked for podcasts to help me understand it a bit better, and I found this one. I stopped the medication because I wasn’t supposed to start yet, and the symptoms have stopped, but my doctor said I will be there in a couple of years. So I am continuing to list to Carol so I am prepared when the real time comes. I have been changing my diet and eating clean, focusing on staying healthy and getting great tips from Carol. Thank you for all the valuable information! So when it does start, I will be prepared! 💪🏼

Thank you Carol! I hit my 40s like a brick wall and nothing worked anymore as far as fitness and nutrition go. The podcast is extremely insightful and I feel like I am not going through this alone anymore!
