Coaching for Women by a WOMAN

I have been in and out of a fitness journey for over 10 years. Carol's approach to fitness starts with mindset and encompasses all of the issues women face from nutrients, to self-doubt to workouts. I cannot wait to hear more and learn more from this lady who not only talks the talk but who walks the walk! Her advice is concise, easy to understand and approachable for all fitness levels. Carol Covino is on a whole different level!!!

I’ve been following Carol Covino for years as I too am in the fitness industry. It’s sad to say, but the truth is the mass majority of “fitness coaches” and “trainers” are mediocre at best. There’s only a handful in this industry that really truly understand the ins and out of fitness. This includes exercise, overall wellness AND NUTRITION. Carol is a STAR in this industry and is on top of her game. Her main focus is helping women 35-40+ and her track record is success story after success story. Not only is she changing physiques, but I’ve witnessed these women evolve into a whole new person in how they feel about themselves and learning to treasure their beautiful bodies. My hat is off to Coach Covino and anybody looking for a true transformation inside and out must look no further. Carol is the one!! So pleased too she’s doing these podcasts as they informative on many different topics such as hormones. This is a topic most male trainers know nothing about. I enjoy these podcasts, and I learn so much from Carol and her wealth of knowledge.
