Captivating

From the topics to the guests to the catchy and motivational intro music, James really has brought great content to life in the Fort Worth food scene. Highly recommend.

Best culinary podcast I’ve listened to

James asks really thoughtful and straightforward questions to the guests, and he has a great voice. The interviews are fascinating and expand on topics other than food, which I really like.

As someone who is a bad cook but appreciates the craft and career, I find this podcast an easy listen that’s as entertaining as it is informative.

You should definitely check it out if you’re in the DFW area or have any interest in the culinary industry!
