Fostering Genuine Diversity and Inclusion in Society with Fadzi Whande of the OHCHR
Fadzi Whande is a multi-award-winning Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and Social Justice Advocate. She is currently the Senior Programme Officer (Diversity and Inclusion Adviser), Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
Everybody wants to belong. As we carve out our own space in the world, as we adapt to new and exciting situations, as we seek communities to call home — we want to feel included. If we ask you to think of a time when you genuinely felt included, or of a space where you feel like you could always be your authentic self — what do you think of? In this conversation, we examine what it means to create a genuinely diverse and inclusive society.
Hosted by Nizam Uddin, OBE, the Good Society Forum seeks to create a library of best practice, amplifying the voices of global change-makers and inspiring action wherever you are.
