There has never been a time where there is a greater need for Christian Leaders to be raised up to lead for Christ in their families, churches, and vocational work. Christian leaders change the atmosphere, add value, and influence others to follow Christ at the very highest level. Pastor Dale is passionate about seeing a new generation of Christian leaders rise up to take their place so God’s Kingdom can move forward in the world. For this to happen, people must understand the very special kind of leadership Jesus taught. We call it “servant leadership.” There are key differences between servant leadership and secular leadership that is often taught and modeled today.
