It’s never easy to talk with people who don’t agree with you; and yet, problems cannot be solved without the search for common ground. Joe Walsh is a former U.S. Congressman, a former Presidential candidate, a radio host, and a man whose personal mission is to LISTEN. With WHITE FLAG with JOE WALSH, he surrenders the urge to fight and strives to find a path to unite, not divide. He talks with notable people that have vastly differing viewpoints from his own. These are passionate conversations with an aim to find compromise... and, in turn, a better America.

373. Republicans & Democrats Have This In Common
According to a new YouGov poll, each political party views the other party less favorably than they view OJ Simpson. That isn't good. OJ killed two people. We're on a dangerous road here we gotta get off of.

372. We can't be free without tolerance
To be a citizen in a free society means you must accept the truth that there are differences. You don't have to accept the differences. But you have to accept that differences exist. And way too many of us have stopped doing this.

371. Hey Israel, Don't Respond
I love the state of Israel. And I think it would be a brilliant move by Israel to completely ignore what Iran did over the weekend and not respond at all. Instead, just focus on finishing the job in Gaza and defeating Hamas. It would shock the world.

370. Two Dads Defending Democracy Tour
Joe Walsh, a former U.S. Representative from Illinois, and Fred Guttenberg, a businessman-turned-activist following his daughter’s murder in the 2018 Parkland school shooting, went from arguing with each other on social media and television to engaging in meaningful dialogue. The “Two Dads” forged a friendship through patience and civil discourse, demonstrating how people from opposite ends of the political spectrum can find common ground on contentious issues such as gun safety.

369. I sat down with 8 Trump supporters yesterday
I sat down with 8 Trump supporters yesterday. Most of what I heard wouldn't surprise you. But some of what I heard would. Some of what I heard gave me a little bit of...hope.

For Republicans, it's abortion. For Democrats, it's immigration. Each party politically this year has an issue that going to hurt them politically. Big time. So it will be a battle to see how each issue resonates in each battleground state.

Disagree Broadly on Policy but There’s a Lot of Good Here
I disagree broadly on Joe’s very conservative positions, but I have no doubt of his patriotism and love for this country. He’s really conservative but not a winger burn-it-all-down nut job, and he puts this country first:
I’m an FDR New Deal labor Democrat and I listen. There’s a lot of value in what Joe has to say.
A true conservative perspective
Joe is a true principled conservative. I deeply admire his courage, going against his former “tribe” when his values required so. While we don’t have the same political views, I have profound respect for his opinions, and I enjoy listening to his perspective.
This is an important listen, for all of us.
Chris Christie
Joe Walsh is 100% correct that Chris Christie must endorse Joe Biden to make his anti-Trump efforts worthwhile. I however am not convinced he should endorse Nikki Haley before Iowa/NH. Haley has no spine and she will cave and bring Chris Christie supporters with her when she endorses Trump in the general election.
