A Coffee Conversation with World AeroPress Champion Wendelien van Bunnik

This week Brian sits down to talk with Wendelien Van Bunnik, who is the reigning World Aeropress Champion. In this conversation we hear her story about how she unexpectedly got into coffee, what it is like to prepare for coffee competitions, and of course, how she brews coffee at home. I found some of the background to the World AeroPress Championship super interesting as a home brewer and gives some context to those crazy recipes you see in the competitions. We talked about a variety of topics and you can always find links to everything we mention in the show notes.

Barista Life, Latte Art, and Old Coffee with Lance Hedrick

Today's episode is with Lance Hedrick, who is the head of wholesale of Onyx Coffee Lab in Arkansas.
