Alternative folk is the genre and Mirabelle Skipworth is the artist! Today’s episode of music Friday was very cool and a lot of fun. Mirabelle is a great person with a lot of soul and today we got to learn more about her. Although an Oswego resident, she can be frequently seen on the downtown Aurora music scene. She’s constantly out and about at shows and other locations. One can find her always smiling, meeting new people & playing guitar. We were first introduced to her and her music at Tredwell and since then we’ve been fans. Today she played two songs for us, one from her very first album & the other from an upcoming EP. Mirabelle has been playing guitar and doing shows since a very early age. She has great music and is an awesome person. If you’re looking for good music we strongly recommend her!
