- A first time home buyer seminar will be held on Saturday, November 12th starting at 10 am. The event is free and open to the public. There will be food and refreshments, as well as a great presentation and resources on homeownership. Guest speakers will be Mario Blanquel & Jose Herrera of Guaranteed Rate. This event will take place at Everlasting Word Church (22 N. Highland). Share the news and attend!
- Alliance Associates Realtors and The Neighbor Project are teaming up for a Homebuyer Seminar which will take place this Saturday, Oct. 29th from 11 am to 1 pm. This will take place at 111 E. Indian Trail road. This event is free and open to the public.
- A local organization called We Do It For Da Kidz will be hosting their annual toy giveaway Sunday, December 18th from noon to 2:30 pm. This will take place in the art lot behind Spizzico, 33 N. Lake street. They have 2,000 gifts so supplies are limited. Parents must be present with children. Thank you to all the independent local organizations who do good things in our community.
