Friday | 12/4/2020 | Strawberries BBQ Meets Good Morning Aurora Good Morning Aurora

    • Daily News

Food was the topic this morning and what a discussion we had! We were glad to have Strawberries BBQ (Eddie Silva & Jordan Jeffries) on the show for a chat this morning. Ribs, wings, pulled pork; the choices are many and they’ve become a community staple. These two friends can be found at McCarty Mills (along with your favorite morning news show) frequently cooking and having a good time. The community has undergone a lot of changes and the pandemic has been a challenge as well. While our restaurants are doing their best it’s good to see new opportunities become available for all. We wish these two the very best and much success. Chili each Sunday for the month of December. Tasty news for you right there!

Shouts go out to the Soto family, the Aurora Public Art Commission and all Aurora artists. Great artwork can be seen in downtown Aurora so please be safe and check it out. McCarty Mills, Aurora Business United, Two Brothers; mega shout outs. Remember, the G.A.R. Museum has a lot of things planned for next year. Also shouts out to VNA Healthcare, Aurora Township and all teachers and educators in Kane County. Also, shout out to Cotton Seed Creative Exchange. Click the link below to listen to the episode. See you all next week for another great week of news! Be blessed and have a great weekend!
