Harf has had his say on the decision that saw Jesse Hogan freed at the tribunal last night for his hit on Lewis Young and agrees the tribunal got it right by letting him off based off similar incidents this year, but Harf wants to see players start getting suspended for off the ball hits as they are not football actions.
