Deadpool, X-Men '97: Ep. 7 and The Newton Brothers (Composers)

We have a jam-packed episode today!
First, we dive into the week old trailer for "Deadpool & Wolverine" and discuss how our expectations for that film have shifted. Secondly, X-Men '97 is nearing its season long conclusion with some epic episodes, and episode 7 was no different. What's working so well with that show? And lastly, "The Newton Brothers" are the musical composers for X-Men '97 and they were kind enough to chat with us for twenty minutes about their work on the series. You won't want to miss this one.

    X-Men: The Last Stand

X-Men '97: Ep. 6 with Holly Chou (Jubilee)

X-Men '97: Ep. 6 with Holly Chou (Jubilee)

X-Men '97 Episode 6 put the "space" in "space opera." We discuss that, some MCU stuff, and Kyle's time at The Masters. But that's not all! We are also joined by the great Holly Chou (who voices Jubilee) and had a fun conversation with her. Check it!

Perfect for a person who has no friends who care about Marvel

This podcast is wonderful! Not only is it great for someone like me who LOVES Marvel but it’s great for anyone who dose not have any friends who care. I can go on and on about all marvel projects and no one I know cares. This show filled that void. Also thank you for being positive and not haters. Even for the projects that don’t work for you you don’t go on and on about what you hate about it and spiral into a hate Marvel and women campaign. So thank you! ❤️That kind of grifter energy is getting so old. Keep up the good work.

What If Season 2

Long time listener and first time writing in. Big MCU fan here and Season 2 of What If is probably my favorite MCU thing since Endgame. I’m surprised that you guys had so much trouble with it! It’s animation! It’s a cartoon! You guys are thinking too hard about it, maybe as your roles as podcasters. As a casual viewer of this stuff, it was just fun and epic! I wouldn’t over analyze Saturday morning Transformers cartoons, and you guys shouldn’t overthink these What Ifs. I also think Captain Carter and Kahorti were awesome characters to connect through the various episodes and seasons. As a 53 year old man, even I recognize the need for female and now Native American female characters and representation in the MCU. Love these two characters and hopefully Kahorti shows up in live action soon. Maybe in Echo???? I love this podcast and typically agree with you guys 100%, but just wanted to share my thoughts about What If and your review.
