Are you 1 of the 4 women that statistically suffers from migraines? I was one of them, too! In this episode, I’m sharing my personal story of struggling with daily migraines to becoming 10 years migraine free. From a young age, I struggled with head and neck pain, which evolved into daily, full-blown migraines after years of unhealthy lifestyle choices. These chronic migraines eventually stole 10 years of my life as I struggled, constantly in pain. I tried everything to attempt to mask the pain, with no real result or reprieve. Finally, in March of 2010, I committed to changing my health for good. After going back to school for health certifications, working with a natural health professional, and following a plan that was tailored to me, I implemented all of the principles, which are now the foundation of the Migraine Freedom Protocol™️. Now, I can happily say that I am 10 years migraine free! My personal story and struggle is why I’m so passionate about helping other women out there who are struggling to find freedom from migraines as well. I hope this episode gives you guidance and inspiration on your own journey to migraine freedom.
