He set out to open doors for himself and South Asians as a physiotherapist and thriving in the fitness industry reaching excellence by achieving the prestigious title of “Canadian Reebok Master Trainer, International Fitness Presenter, Author and television personality including seven seasons on the globally acclaimed hit show “In Shape With Sharon Mann.”

Farhan is notably known as the trainer to Bollywood super star Deepika Padukone for the Hollywood blockbuster movie “XXX The Return of Xander Cage” and the Bollywood epic “Padmaavat.” Farhan humbly discusses what it was like to step out of the traditional South Asian norm for a career in fitness and chose to forge his own way also fulfilling the need to see that he and all South Asians have a place in any type of career they are passionate about. As a proudly out gay man Farhan describes the struggles of his journey from living in fear to arriving at a place of self-acceptance and self-love and how this choice was about life or death. Farhan has continued to evolve taking all that he has learned about himself and create a unique program titled “Transformational Training”-an all-encompassing approach to the fitness of our mind, body and spirit.
