Rukshana Triem, former refugee and Immigrant from Mozambique came to United States in 1990s. She overcame Sexual abuse and became an advocate for parents and childcare providers to support them on their healing journey. She is a C.E.O of Women's Lifestyle coaching, where she helps women overcome their rough past and create their desired beautiful life through sharing their stories on First Time Speakers Catalysts. She coaches women through group coaching, nature retreats, online programs and communities.   Rukshana is also the founder of the Firmina Foundation a 501(3)C non profit which helps build schools in Mozambique, and in the future, Malawi, and Zambia in Africa. Rukshana holds bachelor’s degree of Science in Human Development and worked as Early Childhood Teacher, Trainer and Mentor.
