I feel seen and heard.

Wow this review has the potential of being very long. It really seems as if they are talking directly to me. I felt connected from the first episode, Her Friendships. I have always struggled with feeling like I belonged. My “core team” then is not my core team now and I’ve longed to try and reconcile what was making me anxious about them. After listening to that episode, I was like “wow they just get it.” From then on, I have been given the tools to tackle everyday trials and tribulations. We all have different experiences and struggles but we all share the desire to feel loved and supported. I walk a lot lighter every day because I have Christie and Izzy, my pocket mentors, in my ear cheering me on. They truly do just get it. Thank you, Christie and Izzy for seeing me.

Love from Where She Sits

Christie and Izzy are very fun to listen to—like sisters or an aunt and niece. I love their different generational perspectives!

Love being a #soulsitter

I’m going through an almost (9 years away) mid-life crisis. Changes and challenges. Days are unpredictable and often riddled with anxiety and darkness. Having Christie and Izzy to feed my soul, to lift my spirits and make me laugh until I cry (or lets be honest, pee in my pants a little), has been a bright ray of unicorn sunshine in this sometimes dark time in my life. I can’t wait for Season 2 and I’m already hoping for another live show. Maybe somewhere in D.C.? A girl can dream...
