Filled with real insights from tech builders!!

I enjoy each episodes thoroughly, very appropriate for techies or startup founder. The stories shared by guests are super engaging and very practical. The host does a great job in peeling the layer to get key insights that anybody can apply in building and scaling engineering teams.

Great every-day podcast!

Chock full of interesting and unique tips in business, tech, leadership, latest trends etc. And the episodes are really easy to digest, expecially when you listen at 2x, makes it so you can binge 3 or 4 in an hour

Great podcast about the state of tech and the dev world

Loving this podcast. Ledge is a super knowledgeable host that gets some fascinating insights from his guests. This show isn’t afraid to dive into the technical weeds of software engineering, but also shines a spotlight on topics that impact the industry as a whole such as professional development, soft skills, current events, ethical issues - all great insight from top leveler thinkers in this field.

I highly recommend episode 66 with Liz Fong-Jones, 60 with Dave Ugan, and 61 with Chris Short for a general overview of the podcast.
