In this episode, I answer some questions that have been raised and provide clarifications regarding Episode 91 “The Truth Behind Why Acts 29 Removed Our Church.” There have now even been certain lies told about our release of the phone call which I tackle. I give an overview of how Acts 29 is structured. I dive into some of the leaders in place today and make some general observations about problems in the network.

On January 17, 2023, Acts 29 removed our church from the network without warning. We had been members in good standing in Acts 29 for 12 years. There was no indication that this action would be taken against our church. It was a unilateral decision made by the board of the network. The removal was announced to us over a call and no written documentation was provided. There is no process of appeal. 

In this episode, Matt Patrick and I share not just our experience in being removed from the network but also the audio of the phone call where they kicked our church out. We felt burdened to release this audio as lies have been told to prospective Acts 29 churches regarding our removal. Given the state of the network, we feel it is our responsibility to provide transparency to our brothers currently pastoring Acts 29 affiliated churches about the precarious position in which their fellowship rests.
