Fantastic!
As a connoisseur of podcasts of all kinds I must say Lampfire has outdone themselves here. Despite this being the start of the podcast the cast is clearly comfortable and generally knowledgeable on their respective topic (games). Rather than scrambling to describe their show in it’s early stages of the episode, they made the less common albeit listener friendly choice of simply jumping in to the show. This may leave those uninterested unaware, but the target audience will quickly and easily find themselves enthralled in the conversation. The idea is pretty simple, they discuss and make predictions personal predictions and finally a verdict is passed down by a crystal ball aka “the special seven sphere” which may or may not be accurate.
I’ve been personally fortunate enough to have met the entire cast, and they are genuinely fun and interesting people. This is clearly seen throughout the podcast and I would highly recommend it for anyone interested in games and random predictions passed down by inanimate objects. My prediction is 5/5
